Mantle of Deborah USA is an Apostolic
and Prophetic movement, hosted by the People of Influence Network, assigned to raise and empower women to embody the ‘office of the woman’, equipping them to function effectively and commissioning them to step into their unique positions as pre-ordained by God, and to execute His mandate across all spheres of life and society.
MANTLE OF DEBORAH FOUNDING VISIONARY: Apostle Isi Igenegba
Isi Igenegba is a gospel minister, human capacity developer, and fervent social entrepreneur committed to addressing societal challenges using business principles. A recognized authority in leadership, personal effectiveness, and relationship management, she blends faith-based and business strategies to drive positive change. Certified by the John C. Maxwell Leadership Program, Isi excels in areas such as leadership, growth, and vision execution. She's known for her former role as the Resident Pastor of This Present House and Chief Administrator of the Health Strategy Delivery Foundation. She established the Mantle of Deborah conference, a global initiative that empowers women, drawing attendees from across the world.
USA Houston, Texas Leader: Pastor Lela Carol Hannibal
Pastor Lela Carol Hannibal is deeply devoted to God's heart. Her journey began with a curiosity to learn about God at age six, leading her to pursue Bible study at the University of Texas, study Biblical Counseling, and earn a doctorate in Theology from the International Miracle Institute. Her extensive ministry experience includes serving as a Chaplain and holding leadership roles in women's, prayer, counseling, and inner healing ministries.
As an Associate Pastor with the Spirit of Life Fellowship of Pastors, she passionately teaches and encourages others to embrace a renewed life. Co-Founder of Anointed By Christ and The Secret Place to Be Ministries, she guides women to discover their purpose, inspired by scriptures like Jeremiah 1:5 and 29:11. A proud mother and grandmother, Pastor Lela is the first USA leader of The Mantle of Deborah Global Army for Houston, Texas, and is currently writing her first book as she continues to fulfill God's calling.
People of Influence Network
We are a network of people committed to influencing our generation with the life of God, establishing His will in the systems of the world, and raising a generation ignited by Him. We are an itinerant ministry, dynamic in executing our divine mandate by organizing spirit-inspired local and international conferences, seminars, trainings, revival meetings, welfare initiatives, prayer and worship projects, and more to ignite God’s people and nurture them to fulfill their purpose.

Conferences
We have held conferences so far in Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Botswana, USA and the UK respectively. The fruits of this move of God abound and we are amazed at what the Lord is doing.
Training
'Unbundling the Mantle of Deborah' training has been conducted in Nigeria and Ghana and the Deborahs' School of Influence was organized in Nairobi Kenya as a 3-day retreat.
We have also conducted several virtual trainings with the MOD Global Community such as The Rise of an Apostolic Generation, amongst others.
Impact Projects
Our Impact projects are focused on Africa and we are stewarding these through our not-for-profit organization: Deborah's Impact Projects Africa (DIPA). Our flagship projects will kick off in the coming months.
